I opted for the shorter video that did not include me being a giant eating trees accompanied with frightening giantlike roars. I've found if I pretend I am a giant eating a tree or anything any food might resemble in the name of being a giant then Ryanna will follow me and eat it too. So far that is all that works. I like how Ryanna says the tree tastes like there is a chicken in it, in her giant voice of course. hehe.

I don't know if you're really after an answer or not :) but I was watching this thingy on TV about kids who hate veggies and how to trick them in to eating them. They did stuff like putting pureed carrots in spaghetti sauce and pureed cauliflower in mashed potatoes. Pretty tricky (and healthy!)
Kristin, we have always had vegetables at every meal and also often for snacks along side their cookie, fruit snack etc...I think familiarity helps, I also included shredded vegetables in foods I know they like, where the taste isn't really different but enough to them start recognizing that they are eating them. We make a big deal out of how much we LOVE our veggies. We also, found when our kids were little they would eat almost any veggie covered in ranch. As they have gotten older they eat more veggies and less ranch. Britton is the exception to all of the above and is finally brave enought to add some veggies in his diet. He is starting to find that he likes most of them. Just keep trying you will eventually find what works for you and your kids!
