I get the feeling he understands so much. He sat without making a peep for an entire hour. This boy is such a blessing to our family.

Birthday boy is 4!

Here is what we did for Q's special day. Dad came home from work with a special gift, a Jazz hat. He requested a mom cuddle watching Peter Pan. He decorated his birthday cake. He wanted a red cake with chocolate frosting and a star on top. Dad took he and Ryanna on a much anticipated bike ride then we had his party. Pizza, cake and gifts. He couldn't be happier with his Captain Hook gear, Jazz hat, firetruck from Grandma Scoffield and card with $ from Grandma Baldwin.

Happy birthday sweet Quinten! We love you!

And yes the baby is holding a butter knife. .... Mom of the year here.

Tubes for baby Chubalub

I look way too happy in this picture but I was overcompensating before handing my baby over to the nurse. Tubes aren't a big deal but it was still a hard moment. He was cooing and smiling when I handed him over and screaming like a banshee when they brought him back to me 15 minutes later. He's wanted to be held all morning but is doing good.
